Story
When a bomb explodes near the US-Mexico border, Mexican investigator Ramon Vargas finds himself caught in a web of corruption. The local police captain, Hank Quinlan, leads the investigation, but Vargas soon discovers the captain's methods are deeply questionable. As Vargas digs deeper into the case, he uncovers a dangerous power struggle that threatens to derail justice itself.
