Story
A change in recruitment rules allows virtually anyone to join the police force, leading to an unconventional group of trainees entering the academy. Carey Mahoney, a troublemaker given the choice between the academy and jail, finds himself clashing with the strict Lieutenant Harris. As Mahoney navigates his training, he discovers an unexpected passion for police work, while Harris becomes determined to see him fail and leave the force.
