Story

A group of washed-up television actors who once starred in a sci-fi series find themselves unexpectedly recruited by real aliens. The extraterrestrials have intercepted old broadcasts of their show and believe the fictional adventures are actual historical records. Now thrust into genuine space dangers, the former cast members must rely on their acting skills and improvisation to help their alien saviors survive a real crisis.
